1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to:

• International destinations
• U.S. territories that cannot be serviced by our shipping partners
• Freight forwarding addresses when delivery cannot be verified
• APO/FPO or other restricted military addresses if unavailable through our carriers

If an order is placed for an unsupported destination, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Order Acceptance

Orders may be placed online at any time through verovibeapparel.shop.

Orders submitted before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day.

Orders submitted:

• After 5:00 PM ET
• On Saturdays
• On Sundays
• On U.S. federal holidays

will begin processing on the next business day.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Payment authorization failure
• Incorrect pricing caused by technical error
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Invalid shipping information

If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and refunded if payment has already been collected.

Verovibeapparel is not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs resulting from:

• Packages returned by the carrier due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

• Take clear photographs of the package and damaged items.
