1. Shipping & Delivery

  • What carriers do you use? Your jewelry is delivered securely via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • What is your delivery timeline?

    • Handling Time: 1 business day.

    • Transit Time: 2 – 6 business days.

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 3 – 7 business days.

  • What is the daily cut-off time? Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

  • How can I track my package? You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order departs our warehouse.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, but you must contact us at support@verovibeapparel.shop within our strict 1-hour grace window after checkout.

  • What happens if I miss the 1-hour window? Once this window closes, your order enters our physical fulfillment stream and cannot be halted or edited. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard return process.

  • Can I fix a typo in my shipping address? Address corrections can be made before 5:00 PM EST on business days, provided the shipping label has not yet been generated.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-calendar-day return window starting from the verified date of delivery.

  • Are there any restocking fees? No. Verovibeapparel features a strict No-Fees Return Policy ($0.00 restocking or administrative fees).

  • What are the return condition requirements? Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original premium packaging with all security tags and documentation perfectly intact.

  • How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your item (1–2 business days), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Who pays for return shipping? The physical cost of return postage to dispatch the package back to our warehouse is handled independently by the customer.

4. Billing & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? To ensure maximum transactional security, we accept payments exclusively through PayPal and Venmo.

  • When will my account be charged? Your funding source is billed immediately upon order confirmation to authorize our vaults to release and prepare your jewelry selections.

5. Jewelry Issues & Customer Support

  • What if my jewelry arrives damaged? Please take high-resolution photos of the broken item and the packaging, and email them to support@verovibeapparel.shop within 48 hours of delivery for a prioritized, free replacement.

  • What are your support hours? We are active from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and U.S. Federal Holidays.
